2. About Sheaxis

Sheaxis is an online shopping store offering fashion, apparel, accessories, and home décor products primarily designed for women.

Our product range may include T-shirts, tops, dresses, maternity dresses, kaftans, skirts, shorts, pants, accessories, home décor products, and other products introduced from time to time.

Many of our products are produced on a print-on-demand (POD) basis. This means that certain products are manufactured or printed after an order is placed rather than being maintained as ready-to-ship inventory.

For fulfillment of certain orders, Sheaxis uses third-party printing and fulfillment service providers, including Qikink.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
You will use our website only for lawful purposes.
You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, specifications, and other information displayed on Sheaxis are accurate.

However:

Actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Product images may be digitally generated, enhanced, or used as visual representations.
Minor variations in printing, placement, color, texture, or appearance may occur because products may be individually manufactured or printed.
Measurements may have a reasonable manufacturing tolerance.
Product availability, specifications, designs, and pricing may change without prior notice.

Such minor variations that do not materially affect the product's functionality or description will not necessarily constitute a defect.

5. Print-on-Demand Products

Because certain products are manufactured or printed only after an order is received, POD products may require additional processing time.

Once an order is confirmed, it may be sent to our fulfillment partner for production. After production, the product is packed and handed over to the applicable delivery partner.

Due to the customized or made-to-order nature of certain products, cancellation, return, exchange, and refund eligibility may be subject to the specific policies applicable to that product.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order on Sheaxis, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or other communication. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if there is an issue relating to payment, product availability, pricing, address information, suspected fraud, or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Incorrect product or pricing information.
Technical errors.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Product availability issues.
Delivery restrictions.
Abuse of promotional offers.
Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will provide an appropriate refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order, subject to applicable law.

7. Pricing and Taxes

All product prices displayed on Sheaxis are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before completion of the purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders where necessary.

8. Payment

We may offer payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery, or other payment methods made available at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Sheaxis does not directly store complete payment card information unless specifically stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

An order may not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized or otherwise confirmed.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe displayed on our website or communicated with your order.

Because our products may be manufactured on demand and fulfilled through third-party fulfillment and shipping partners, delivery times may vary depending on:

Product type.
Production requirements.
Destination.
Shipping method.
Courier availability.
Weather conditions.
Public holidays.
Transportation disruptions.
Government restrictions.
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery date is not necessarily a guaranteed delivery date.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier may occur. We will reasonably assist customers in resolving delivery issues but cannot guarantee the performance of third-party logistics providers.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

House/Flat number.
Street/locality.
City.
State.
PIN code.
Valid contact number.

Sheaxis will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery failure, any applicable reshipping or other charges may be the customer's responsibility, subject to our applicable policies and applicable law.

11. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order by contacting sheaxis@gmail.com.

Because POD products may enter production shortly after an order is received, cancellation may not be possible once production or fulfillment has started.

If an order has already entered production, cancellation may not be available except where required by applicable law or where permitted under our applicable cancellation policy.

12. Returns and Exchanges

Because many Sheaxis products are made or printed specifically after an order is placed, returns and exchanges may be restricted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, customers should contact us if they receive:

A damaged product.
A defective product.
An incorrect product.
A product with a significant printing or manufacturing issue.
A product materially different from what was ordered.

Requests should be submitted to sheaxis@gmail.com within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy, together with the order number and clear photographs/videos where appropriate.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

13. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us investigate the issue, we may request:

Photographs of the packaging.
Description of the problem.
Video evidence where reasonably necessary.

If the issue is confirmed to be attributable to a manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, or order-processing error, we may, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for customer selection errors, including choosing an incorrect size, color, design, quantity, or shipping address, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Customer-Submitted Content

If customers submit reviews, photographs, feedback, comments, or other content to Sheaxis, they represent that they have the necessary rights to submit such content.

By submitting content, you grant Sheaxis a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

For certain products, Qikink may be used as a print-on-demand and fulfillment partner. Qikink's services include printing, order fulfillment, and shipping for sellers.

The use of third-party providers does not transfer your purchase contract with Sheaxis to those providers. Sheaxis remains your point of contact for customer service regarding purchases made through our website, subject to the applicable third-party service arrangements.

19. Website Availability

We aim to keep Sheaxis available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be:

Available without interruption.
Free from errors.
Free from viruses or other harmful components.
Completely accurate or up to date.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, software updates, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
